As Managing Principal of Warren Wealth Associates, Chris works with individuals and business owners who want to collaborate with a team of professionals to help achieve their retirement and planning goals. His clients look to him for honest, straightforward advice so that he can best construct a financial plan that helps them live the retirement of their dreams…whatever that means to each individual. 2025 will mark 36 years of Chris joining the financial services industry. He began his career with a large financial services company and after years of having a limited selection of services available to help clients achieve their dreams of financial independence, he decided to affiliate with an independent broker/dealer in 2005. This enables him to act in the best interests of his clients. Chris graduated from Wilkes University with a BA in economics. He later earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® certification. Additionally, he is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary^® (AIF^®) designee. Chris holds FINRA Series 6, 7, and 66 securities registrations (through Commonwealth Financial Network^®). Chris spends much of his free time volunteering in the community. He is the past president of the Watchung Hills Regional High School Board of Education. He has formerly served as president of the Lounsberry Meadow senior and handicapped housing facility, president of the Raritan Valley Habitat for Humanity, president of the Summit Lions Club, and served as a member of both Long Hill Township Planning and Zoning Boards, as well as an elected official of the Long Hill Township Committee. Chris spends time in both Tampa Florida and Long Hill Township, New Jersey, that he shared with his late wife, Sue. They have two grown sons, Zach and Garrett. Garrett joined Warren Wealth associates in 2024, and his dad could not be happier. Christopher R. As Managing Principal, Alex spends his days supporting his client’s lifestyle and business goals. His unique Wealth Building and Estate Planning expertise has helped many work toward building businesses, retiring early, and living a comfortable life. As most will tell you, his many years of experience is evident by his thorough approach and knowledgeable advice. Alex is a graduate of The New Jersey Institute of Technology (BS, Engineering) and The Rutgers Graduate School of Management (MBA, Finance). His years on Wall Street include time at Dean Witter, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and Raymond James. Experience has led him to develop a state of the art, technologically-based client service model at Warren Wealth which supports his client’s needs and objectives in an extremely efficient, successful and cost effective manner. Alex holds FINRA registrations (series 3,7,63, 65, 9 and 10), as well as New Jersey Life, Accident and Health licenses. Alex lives right here in Warren Township with Nanci and his children Sianna, Lexi and AJ.

Scott has been in the financial services industry for more than 15 years. Growing up, his peers believed that he would make an excellent coach or a teacher due to his strong drive to help others. He enjoys the financial planning profession so much because it allows him to be both. He spent his first years in the business working for a company that limited the selection of products and services available to help clients achieve their financial planning goals. Growing tired of this framework, Scott chose to affiliate himself with an independent broker/dealer, enabling him to act in the best interests of his clients. Scott graduated from The College of New Jersey with a BS in marketing. He later earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. Additionally, he is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary^® (AIF^®) designee. Scott holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations (through Commonwealth Financial Network^®). Scott and his wife Jen have a four year old daughter Eleanor and currently reside in Bedminster, NJ.  Eleanor runs the show so they are currently spending a lot of time at playgrounds, play places, and pools and couldn’t be happier!

Guy is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional with 30 years of financial planning and wealth management experience and knowledge. He’s worked with hundreds of individuals and small business owners to develop custom tailored programs to meet all their financial goals and needs. He prides himself on knowing each of his clients on a personal level and has worked with many of them for 30 years.

Prior to becoming a financial planner, Guy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and worked as a project engineer in the aerospace industry. He has found that his engineering background has helped him address his client’s financial objectives in both straightforward and more complex situations.

In 1995, he joined American Express Financial Advisors, Inc., as a financial advisor and earned my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2003. In 2005, he transitioned his practice to a fully independent platform through Commonwealth Financial Network^®.

When he’s not working, he enjoys camping, hiking, skiing, scuba diving, and almost any other outdoor activity.

Jenica has been in the financial industry for more than 15 years. She graduated from Arizona State in 2000 and earned her master's in finance from Cal State Fullerton. She has occupied many roles in the financial industry, most recently as a wholesaler for Pacific Life. She is originally from Newport Beach, California, and now resides in Keyport, New Jersey. Her role with Warren Wealth Associates as the director of practice management includes all aspects of marketing, client communications, and assisting Kim with day-to-day operations. In her spare time, Jenica enjoys fitness, cooking, and spending time outdoors, most importantly, at the beach.

Kim joined Warren Wealth Associates in May of 2023.  New to the financial industry, Kim has over 20 years’ experience in the title industry. She is excited about this career change and she is looking forward to getting to know our clients and assist our advisors.  She resides in South Plainfield with her husband Steve and their 3 King Shepherds (Zeus, Bella & Hermes) and their cat Meow Meow.  She loves spending her time on home projects, running, gardening and anything that allows her to be outdoors in warm weather.

Garrett graduated from the University of Hartford in 2022 with both his undergraduate and master’s degrees. He is currently studying for his financial license and looks forward to an official position as a financial advisor. Prior to joining Warren Wealth Associates, he worked as a sales consultant focused on NYC car dealerships. Garrett is the son of founder Chris Collins, and lives in Long Hill Township, NJ. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, sports, and spending time with friends and family.
